One engine, built once, reused everywhere

Every Digital Filing Systems product is a thin, plain-English layer on top of the same four-stage pipeline.

1

Identity & profile

Client identity, company lookup and secure credential storage, done once per customer.

2

Extract & validate

Documents and data are read, categorised and checked against the rules for that filing.

3

Human review

Every submission gets a clear, plain-English summary and requires your explicit approval before it's filed.

4

Submit & keep receipts

Filed through the official government API, with acknowledgements and an audit trail kept for you.

Straight answers, no jargon

What is CT600?

CT600 is the HMRC form UK companies use to file a Company Tax Return (Corporation Tax). Since HMRC's free joint filing service closed, it must be filed using HMRC-recognised commercial software.

Do I need an accountant?

No. Our products are built for sole traders, landlords and small companies to file directly, in about five minutes, without hiring an accountant.

How much does filing cost?

Typically £10 to £25 per filing, priced to match the market rather than undercut it, with no monthly subscription.

When does software filing become mandatory?

From 1 April 2028, all UK companies must file annual accounts with Companies House using commercial software. Corporation Tax and some other filings already require it today.

Built for the person filing, not the finance department

Most government filing software is priced and designed for accountants and enterprise finance teams. We build the opposite: a five-minute, plain-English filing that costs less than a takeaway, for the millions of small companies, landlords and contractors who now have no choice but to file digitally.

  • Plain-English throughout, no accountant jargon, no enterprise dashboards
  • Priced per filing, from around £10–£25, not a monthly suite subscription
  • Human approval required before anything is ever submitted to government
  • One shared engine means every new product ships faster and more reliably

Ten deadlines are coming. We're building the software for all of them.
